The Broken Shackle is an easy drinking light bodied rose.  It shows an attractive garnet hue.  it exhibits lifted aromas of raspberry, cranberry and cherry.  The palate is lively, displaying sweet red berry fruits that are nicely balanced by fresh acidity.

Sacchetto, Pinot Grigio Blush Di Venezie 2010, Italy £19.50
The appealing pale blush colour of this wine is obtained from the skins of the Pinot Grigio grapes which are pink in colour.  A fresh and fruity wine with a delicate flavour and an off-dry finish.
